Body Language - Somatic Workshop

Body Language is a three-hour experiential somatic literacy workshop devoted to learning how to listen to your body and recognize the many ways it communicates through sensation, image, sound, movement + emotion.

We’ll explore attunement, how to ask the body directly, how to distinguish the body’s response from the mind’s interpretation, and how to begin trusting + following what you hear.

Expect a mix of teaching, guided somatic practice, movement, partner exploration, reflection + plenty of space to actually practice listening. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your own body language and tools you can continue working with long after the workshop ends.

Your body is already speaking. This workshop is about learning how to hear it, understand it, and build the kind of relationship with your body that becomes second nature.
