Body Temple: After Dark
A nighttime edition of Body Temple for women + femmes.
As the season turns toward darkness, we descend with it.
The Descent is an embodied journey into the places we’re often taught to move away from the dark, the unknown, grief, rage, desire, instinct + the parts of ourselves that don’t belong in the light.
Drawing from Tantra, mythology + somatic practice, we’ll work with the body as our guide through movement, sounding, expression, ritual + surrender. Not to transcend what we find there, but to discover what becomes available when we’re willing to go down and meet it.
Think spiritual baddie night out, but make it underworld. Come dressed for your descent. 🖤
