About the event
You spend so much of your life holding space for other people. HELD is a weekly place where you get to come receive.
Created for therapists, coaches, facilitators, healers, movement teachers, bodyworkers + anyone whose work asks them to hold others.
HELD is a donation-based community practice space to land, reconnect with yourself + be in the company of people who understand the work of holding.
Expect slow movement, gentle breath, grounding touch, mantra, devotion, co-regulation + space to simply be.
The practice may shift from week to week, but the intention stays the same: you don’t have to be the one holding everything here.
