About the event
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience where you can dance however your body wants to move. There are no steps to follow and no experience needed. Just music, movement, and a shared space to explore your body’s natural rhythm.
The experience is guided by a thoughtfully curated soundscape by KTTK Love and gently facilitated by Brandy Cunningham.
Through rhythm, texture, and progression, the music invites the body into movement and opens the door to deeper states of presence and natural euphoria.
There is no choreography and no expectation to perform. You’re invited to follow your own rhythm: to dance with intensity or subtlety, to rest when needed, or to get lost in the music as it carries you into a state of deep presence and natural euphoria.
