About the event
Just as the earth begins to warm, open, and bloom, we too are invited to nurture ourselves with greater care, compassion, and presence. This gathering is a space to reconnect with your body, honor all the versions of yourself that have brought you here, and plant new seeds rooted in self-love and intention.
Through somatic womb healing practices, breathwork, gentle movement, and guided inner exploration, we will create space to clear what no longer serves and cultivate what is ready to grow. Together, we will tend to our inner landscape—softening, feeling, and reconnecting with the wisdom held within the womb.
This is a space to slow down, to listen, and to meet yourself with tenderness.
You don’t need to be anything other than who you are in this moment.
